  • Outcomes that you are working toward that require dedicated method within a timeframe

  • Have a clear goal

  • Have an end

  • Action oriented, and usually short term

  • Examples: Notes, ideas, research, etc.

Areas

  • Roles or responsibilities

  • Ongoing maintenance

  • Very rarely complete

  • Examples: Health, relationships, career, etc.

Resources

  • Any topic of ongoing interests or useful reference

  • Refrence for future projects

  • Low on actionable

  • Examples: Documentation, books, recipes, etc.

Archives

  • Inactive items from any of the other categories
